Yoga for Repetitive Stress Injuries

Two workshops, aimed at finding an asana practice for those seeking to prevent RSI – or those working with mild injuries; including those recovering from surgery.
We explore yoga as a complimentary healing modality – in addition to learning yogic breath, balance and relaxation, we will build on four “anatomical” themes: length up the spine; openness in the shoulder girdle; length out the arms; and full, open, juicy joints (wrists, elbows and shoulders).
