Yoga for Repetitive Stress Injuries

Including

  • Carpal Tunnel pain
  • Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
  • Tendonitus

 

    Two workshops, aimed at finding an asana practice for those seeking to prevent RSI –  or those working with mild injuries; including those recovering from surgery.

 

We explore yoga as a complimentary healing modality in addition to learning yogic breath, balance and relaxation, we will build on four “anatomical” themes: length up the spine; openness in the shoulder girdle; length out the arms; and full, open, juicy joints (wrists, elbows and shoulders).

Great for beginners to yoga as well as those whose injuries prevent them from their regular yoga practice.

entrance behind the building on the other side of the block.

It is on Adeline Street. Please park anywhere on Level 1 or 2 (Level 1 is the best best).
